Challenge Home Office Decisions

What you can do if your application for any type of visa [permit] applications to enter the UK or already present in the UK is refused and you are given the right of appeal is to approach our firm to assist you to challenge Home Office decision. Your pain is our pain therefore we are happy to support you in the following processes: uploading your appeal within the stipulated time frame, discuss the chances of winning your appeal with an experienced counsel, and follow up on the legal case management including the Tribunal’s directions.

Overseas Appeals [Outside the UK]

If you are overseas and have applied for a UK visa which has been refused, you will have 28 days to appeal this decision from receipt if you have been granted a right of appeal (depending on method of service). The appeal must be lodged before this date expires.

UK Appeals [Within the UK]

If the Home Office refuse your application inside the UK and allow you to appeal, you normally have 10 working days to lodge an appeal to the Tribunal, unless the Home Office stated a different timeframe for you to appeal their decision.
